The strategy at Infosys is to strengthen the value of all its employees and constantly invest in developing their competencies. Infosys, being a global brand, might be interested in the knowledge and experience in a region such as the Northern Netherlands, but it would require several actions to be undertaken at the same time in the framework of the triple helix, by the government, industry and academia.
