Copy the text reg.exe add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\atapi\Controller0" /f /v EnumDevice1 /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001 into the navigation panel, and press Enter.

Restart your Windows 10.
Go to Device Manager to check if the CD/DVD device appears.

Back up registry
